    A After the installation is completed, professional engineers will debug and issue a certificate of qualification. Customers need to confirm that the equipment runs smoothly and without abnormal noise. After all safety indicators meet the standards, they will sign the acceptance form.
  • Q Is there any charge for operation training?

    A Free operation training services are provided, covering equipment startup, daily operation, emergency shutdown and other processes to ensure that operators are proficient in skills.
  • Q How long is the maintenance cycle of the crane?

    A
    It is recommended that bridge cranes be maintained once a quarter, gantry cranes be checked once a month, and electric hoists be lubricated with key components monthly. The specific details can be adjusted according to the frequency of use.
  • Q How to deal with sudden equipment failures?

    A Provide 24-hour emergency response. Engineers will arrive at the site to troubleshoot the faults through remote guidance or within 48 hours, giving priority to ensuring customer production continuity.
  • Q Are original parts provided for accessory replacement?

    A All accessories are directly supplied by the original factory, and the inventory covers 90% of common models. Special accessories can be customized and delivered within 72 hours.
  • Q What are the safety operation specifications?

    A You must strictly follow the "Safety Regulations for Hoisting Machinery", prohibit overloading and diagonal pulling, and regularly check the limit switch and wire rope wear. For details, please refer to the equipment manual or contact after-sales for a complete guide.
  • Q How long is the equipment warranty period?

    A The whole machine is guaranteed for 1 year (excluding wearing parts). During the warranty period, faults caused by quality problems will be repaired or replaced free of charge, and man-made damage needs to be negotiated.

    A You can get technical support through the 24-hour service hotline, after-sales email or directly contact the regional engineer. Emergency calls are preferred.
